A 6 hour trip (3/4 day) is basically our extended half day trip. You'll get a couple extra hours to fish over a standard half day trip. During March this often is enough time to try a bit for a trophy tarpon (the silver king!) and if things play out right still have time to catch a few snappers for dinner nearby (dinner & a show!) or try something else. If the tarpon fishing is tougher this also gives you a little extra time compared to a half day to hopefully catch that window where they are biting.

We had a great time with Captain Ron. First part of trip we caught snapper, trout, grouper, Atlantic Shark, 7ft nurse shark, remora, ladyfish and mackerel. Then we went shark fishing. We caught a small black tip, 5ft lemon shark, 8ft lemon shark, 5ft bull shark and some jack crevalle. It was a great day on the water. I will book with Captain Ron in the future.

Captain Henry knows how to catch fish. He took us on a 1/2 day trip. He put us on fish right away. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We caught snook, mangrove snappers, Jack Crevalles. We will definitely be back for more. Beautiful day and made some great memories.

Excellent opportunity to hook into tarpon. John had us playing a tarpon less than 10 minutes after we boarded. Plenty of excitement and information from a well-informed and capable captain. Tarpon we brought boat side ran from 60-100 lbs.
Multiple species caught as well - jack crevalle, barracuda and shark were all hooked and brought to the boat.
Equipment was modern and well cared-for.
I recommend this trip if you don’t want to be disappointed!
