Excellent opportunity to hook into tarpon. John had us playing a tarpon less than 10 minutes after we boarded. Plenty of excitement and information from a well-informed and capable captain. Tarpon we brought boat side ran from 60-100 lbs.
Multiple species caught as well - jack crevalle, barracuda and shark were all hooked and brought to the boat.
Equipment was modern and well cared-for.
I recommend this trip if you don’t want to be disappointed!

One of the great fishing experiences of my life. Super knowledgeable and nice guy, Captain John put me on a bunch of Tarpon. Caught two including a beast and hooked into a few more.. Spent most of the time fighting these brutes. Driving between spots Captain John spotted a school of Jack Crevalle so we stopped quick and caught a couple of those. Crazy fun, highly recommend!

Wayne was great! Timely and professional, although we were a bit early in tarpon season, he knows this area and used his “go to” routine to put us on fish. We had several hits by tarpon, hooked one for a jump, had a large shark on, and landed two great Jack Crevalle. Also enjoyed seeing some sharks cruising around the boat. I look forward to booking with Wayne next year!

Even with only a hall day trip we were able to catch a dinner of snapper, then throw to barracuda and use them to boat 3 sharks. Finished with a bonus jack crevalle on light tackle. Great trip.
