On the 1/2 day trips you stay within sight of land and target species such as Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Flounder, Drum, and Cobia, as well as Shark. The smaller children love to spot the wild horses on the shoreline as well as the dolphins. The captain and the mate will work hard to put you on fish, for their efforts, a 20% tip at the end of the trip is customary.

Base rate is for 3 anglers. We might find ourselves casting topwater plugs for Red Drum on an oyster bar, pitching jigs and live baits to deep current swept marsh points for Speckled Trout and Flounder, or vertical jigging Breakday Bucktails for flatties. Lots of options here! Start times will vary based on weather, season, or tidal conditions. Going out nearshore is an option if weather permits, and there is a $100 additional charge.

On the full day trip, you get 8 hours to do both inshore and nearshore fishing. Or you can just concentrate on one. Targeted species can include Redfish, Flounder, Trout, Bluefish, Sheepshead, Cobia, Black Drum, Spanish Mackerel, and more. Your catch can be cleaned at the dock and will cost you extra.

Take a longer ride out to the deeper water for trolling or even bottom fishing. No fishing license is required. Cash only + 20% or more as a tip for the mate.

On this trip, you'll be targetting a similar range of species as on the crew's 8 hour trips. Fishing North Carolina's fish-rich grounds close to the shore, you'll have lots of fun chasing Spanish and King Mackerel, Redfish, Spadefish, Bonito, Black Drum, Flounder, and more.

Embark on an offshore adventure and travel up to 40 miles out. This trip starts at 5:30 a.m. and will see you explore the water for 10 hours. A first mate will be there to make your trip even better, so make sure to tip him as they work for tips only, 20% is the standard fee.

Inshore fishing trip for 5 hours. Depending on time of the year and what is biting, this trip could be fishing the backwaters for Trout and Drum to fishing in the inlet, trolling along the beaches for Mackerel and Bluefish or bottom fishing some of our local reefs. This trip will be tailored to the customers wishes with considerations for weather and time. The addition of the 2024 Aquasport offers Ali-Kat the versatility fish either inshore or out in the ocean. This trip is great for families & children.
