Long Island Bull Shark Fishing Charters

Join Capt. Tom and get ready to come face-to-gills with some of the ocean's most notorious marine life! On this trip, you'll have the chance to hook a variety of Shark species, including Mako and Thresher. You'll head anywhere from 3 to 20 miles offshore, for a fight with some big Sharks! Rods, reels, bait, tackle, and a license included. Mates work for tips, 20% of the fare is customary. Please message Capt. Tom before booking to verify weather conditions. Novices to experienced, all are welcome.

The trip usually starts at 5:00 a.m. but the time is flexible. If you're adventurous, this is a great experience for those wishing to target larger species that swim in these waters. Travel up to 30 miles offshore for this trip, but often don't have to go that far. Targeted species include Mako, Thresher, Blue, Brown, Sandbar, Dusky, and occasionally rare Tiger, Porbeagle, or even Great White Shark! Some species are catch, photo, and release only.

Departure times are flexible, so get in touch with the captain. This trip brings lots of species into the game, such as Scup, Seabass, Striped Bass, Bluefish, Tautog, and many more. You'll mainly use light tackle and bottom fishing techniques. Additional fishing time allows for fishing areas with less fishing pressure.

Long Island is blessed with numerous species of sharks that travel north chasing bait fish right here to our local waters. Blacktip, Spinner, Sand bar, Threasher, and Mako sharks all live in our local waters Chasing bunker pods.
