Indian Head Snakehead Fishing Charters

The half day trip is 4 hours on the tidal Potomac River with varying morning and afternoon start times. The launch locations also vary from Washington DC to southern Maryland. I primarily use Smallwood State Park for snakehead trips and we offer these trips from June 1 through fall. Please note that departure times vary.

This is an 6 hour WEEKDAY SNAKEHEAD fishing trip. You MAY keep what you catch. All rods, lures, and tackle are included. Launch location will be Fairview Beach or Hope Springs depending on fishing, tides, and weather. Departure time can be adjusted to what works best for you. Client has the option to bring their own equipment as well. It's recommended to bring sunscreen, snacks, and appropriate clothing for your fishing excursion. Freshwater licenses must be purchased beforehand. Weekends $50 more!

Aboard the luxurious Grady White Express 330, 'Geronimo,' we'll take you to our best-kept 'secret' fishing spots where you'll have ample time to target a variety of local species. Pick what you want to fish for! We can accommodate most requests! Experience hands-on bottom fishing for cats, light tackle jigging or top-water fishing for a variety of different species. We'll move where the fish are!

My season Starts in June and ends at the end of August. No Monday or Tuesday trips. Start at 3pm at Slavins Ramp in Indian Head and fish past dark. I often push pole way back in the pads and grasses sight fishing for Snakehead and LGMouth Bass. I provide everything needed to have a great evening. Cigars welcome and I provide cold water and Gatoraid. Boat covers license.
