Saint Andrew Bay Spotted Seatrout Fishing Charters

Spend 5 hours on the water fishing from the bays, jetties, or Gulf of Mexico, depending on what has been the best fishing for the time of year. Inshore or fishing on the jetties, you will fish for Redfish, Speckled Trout, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, and various other species. If fishing nearshore in the Gulf, you will bottom fish/troll for a variety of species that might include Red Snapper, Grouper, King Mackerel, Triggerfish, and other species that can be found on wrecks and other structures.

Inshore bay trips are fishing shallow grass flats (or possibly the beach) - either blind casting or sight fishing depending on the conditions. We will be throwing topwaters, jigs, spoons, flukes, etc. Redfish and Trout will be the primary species targeted, with other stuff like Spanish Mackerel, Ladyfish, Bluefish, etc. crashing the party. We will be using artificial lures only, so some casting experience is suggested.

This trip is very similar to our 4 hour trip with the added benefit of extra time. Customers can expect to bottom fish, live chum, troll, and employ various other offshore fishing techniques for red snapper, mahi, mackerel, sharks and many other species on this trip. I encourage customers to message me regarding the type of fishing they are interested in doing and the species they are interested in catching. We typically buy live bait on this trip.

This trip is perfect for folks who dont have all day to spend on the water and want to stay inshore and catch big fish. Let the captain take you to local flats, beaches, and inshore waters, where you can target Tarpon, Redfish, Trout, Black Drum, Flounder, and many more.
