I would recommend a charter for sure, and a captain that does night fishing. During our weekโs vacation, daytime temperatures were in the 90s, and Iโm sure the fishing was brutal.

Listen to your Captain. They're the pros, take their advise. They don't know your skill level at the time you depart the marina so they will likely start with loose drags and coaching. Don't take offense, don't get arrogant. They'll soon figure out you know how to cast and reel in fish.
