Come visit Charter Boat Family Tradition and see what the Mississippi gulf coast has to offer. Capt. JJ Brumble will show you and your family a great time exploring the area, taking you inshore, nearshore, to reefs, flats, or the backcountry. The captain has over 20 years of experience guiding and charter fishing along the entire gulf coast from Destin to Texas, and now Biloxi including places in between! Charter Boat Family Tradition can’t wait to see you on your next adventure.

The boat you’ll be fishing from is a 25’ Tidewater Carolina Bay center console made in 2022. It can take up to 6 guests, runs on a 300 HP Yamaha engine, and uses GPS, fishfinder, and radio electronics for quick and safe movement on the water. The boat also comes with a wireless trolling motor, an ice-box, and a livewell.

On your trip, you and the captain can catch Jack Crevalle, Mangrove Snapper, Blacktip Shark, Sheepshead, Flounder, Redfish, and other fine species. You’ll be drift fishing on light tackle to attract your prey and you’re free to keep your catch.

Captain JJ encourages kids to come fishing. Join him out there and show them what nature has in store beyond everyday life.

Live bait and tackle are provided for you, as are fishing licenses and fish cleaning. Bring nothing but the snacks and drinks of your choice.

This a great trip to get the beginner out on the water learning the basics of fishing and boating. You will see dolphins and other marine life in addition to fishing.

2hr beginner

This is an introduction to fishing and is an excellent choice for young kids and families who aren't familiar with charter fishing. Or even the novice fisherman who wants to get out on the water for a couple of hours! The trip leaves at 7:00 a.m. and lasts for 4 hours.

Half Day Trip (AM)

This is an afternoon 4-hour trip leaving at 2:30 p.m. You'll get the same experience as on the 4-hour morning trip. Beginners, families, and novice anglers will all have a great time, and Captain JJ will make sure you have the best chance to catch fish as well as hone your angling skills.
