The waters surrounding Jekyll Island are a treat for fans of inshore and nearshore fishing. There are numerous hidden inlets and bays dotting the coastline, as well as estuaries and river confluences that provide amazing grounds for fish to feed and breed in. Island Angler Charters takes full advantage of this and will put you on the hottest bite around!

Join the captain on board our brand new 25' C-hawk with twin 140 Tohatsu outboards. That allows you to waste no time travelling and get down to fishing as soon as possible. She can comfortably hold up to 6 anglers, so put your fishing team together for some an exciting fishing adventure!

You’ll get the chance to try out a variety of techniques, assisted and instructed by the captain as necessary. Bottom fishing, trolling, and popping, all while using light and heavy tackle will give you the best chance at getting that bite. The species you’ll target are all fantastic fish such as Redfish, various Sharks, Barracuda, Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Whitings, Silver Kings, and many others.

All required equipment is supplied by the charter captain. Lures and live bait are available, the bait is caught during the trip, it usually takes around 30 minutes. The first mate is on board to assist you and to clean and fillet your catch, but he works for tips so gratuity is appreciated. Customers are advised to bring sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, and adequate clothing with them.

This trip will take you stalking the nearshore waters around Jekyll Island. You'll target Sharks, Tarpon, Whiting, Triple Tails, Redfish, or Flounders. All equipment that you may need is provided by the charter.

4 Hour Trip

The local Bull Redfish population draws in anglers from all around the country, and there's hardly a better person to show you why than Capt. Andy. Come on down and he'll help you hook some big Reds.

4 Hour Trip – Bull Redfish

This trip will take you stalking the nearshore waters around Jekyll Island. You'll target a variety of Shark species **hidden content** in the area, that are guaranteed to give you a proper fight! All equipment you may need is supplied by the charter.

4 Hour Trip – Shark Fishing

The waters at Jekyll Island become one of the best places in the world to go after trophy Reds. Capt. Andy has years of experience going after the biggest fish around, so get ready for a trip to remember!

6 Hour Trip – Bull Redfish

This trip can take you fishing either in the gorgeous inshore waters of Jekyll Island, going after Spotted Seatrout and Redfish, or out into the nearshore waters, where you will target large Sharks and Tarpon. All required equipment is supplied by the charter operator.

6 Hour Trip – Nearshore or Inshore

This trip will take you stalking the waters around Jekyll Island, going after the gorgeous species of Sharks **hidden content** here. You'll target Blacktip and Spinner Sharks mainly, so get ready for a fight! The captain will supply all required equipment.

6 Hour Trip – Shark Fishing

This trip will take you into the offshore waters off of Jekyll Island, where you'll target a variety of species such as Black Seabass, Snappers, Groupers, Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Barracuda, and other species you may run into. The captain will supply all required equipment. This trip is a 5 people maximum trip.
