Your Fishing Charter

Join Captain Jeff Ruppart on a fly-fishing and light tackle charter on the grass flats and bays of the forgotten coast. Explore Apalachicola, Carrabelle, and Lanark village any time of the year. Your guide is a lifelong angler, who loves sharing his experience with other people. Whether this is your first time on the boat or you already have an admirable list of trophies, you’ll have a great time here. 

You’ll be fishing on an 18’ Sea chaser that accommodates up to 2 guests. This flats boat is powered by a 150 HP Yamaha engine and reaches the speed of 30 knots. Besides safety gear, the boat has GPS, a fishfinder, a live bait tank, and a cooler. Offering a safe and reliable ride, the vessel will take you to your fishing spot in no time. 

Fly fishing is a unique way of fishing that requires patience and precision. No wonder this is one of favorite approaches for passionate anglers. There’s lots of species you can catch this way, from Redfish, Tarpon, and Tripletail, to Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, and Spotted Trout. After the trip, the captain will clean and fillet your catch free of charge, so you can bring a cooler if you’re saving the meat for later, or go straight to a nearby restaurant.

All fishing equipment is included in the price, as well as licenses. Captain Jeff has been selling flies for over 2 decades, so he knows what’s the best equipment out there. All of this will be ready on the boat. You only need to pack some snacks, drinks, and sunblock.

Sight fishing for triple tail is a fun and exciting trip.  Triple tail is also one of the best eating fish in the ocean.  The focus of the trip is triple tail with redfish and trout in the mix.

Half day Triple Tail

Take an early lunch and join Captain Jeff at the marina afterward. Enjoy a lovely afternoon on the water, where you'll target Redfish, Trout, Tripletail, Pompano, and many more.

Full day targeting Tarpon on fly. This is a seasonal trip that also offers great opportunities to catch Cobia on the fly and light tackle. Your fishing license, equipment, and catch cleaning are included in the price.

Full Day Trip – Tarpon

This 8-hour adventure is a neverending action and you can take this trip any time of the year. Target Redfish, Trout, Pompano, Cobia, Tripletail, and many more. You'll use fly fishing and light tackle.

Full Day Trip – Inshore Flats

triple tail is alot of fun and one of the best eating fish in the ocean.  Although we will be targeting triple tail, redfish trout and flounder and other species will be available.
