Disappointed. It started off bad when the captain was not prepared for the day. My sons and I were on time - 15 minutes early, and the captain was nowhere to be found. When he arrived, we were informed we would have to go and fuel up and get bait.  We were supposed to depart at 7, however it was 7:30 before we left the marina. On all other previous fishing charters the captain is ready to go at the determined time. He never even introduced himself or asked us our names. We caught two fish! barely enough for a fish taco! It’s like he didn’t even care or try to put us on fish. The tackle was old and worn out. I will give credit to the deckhand, she was very good and attentive.

This was a Father’s Day gift for the guys, when we booked the trip we read the outlined description and had high hopes for an amazing time. Unfortunately that did not turn out to be true, the description mentions ice cold water provided and there’s a toilet on board. Due to there being a diabetic on the boat we made sure to look for a listing that had a bathroom.
For $475.00 plus the fishing license they would have had better luck fishing off the pier. The guys said the captain was not very vocal and he never offered them water or told them where the restroom was located. It appeared the other charter groups were having a good time and catching fish. Our captain overall was very unengaged and did not seem thrilled by being there. While other charters moved around looking for an area where the fish were biting, Tyler did not. No fish were caught to bring home, although there is no guarantee to catch you expect the captain to try to ensure to the best of his abilities. Staying in a spot for over an hour with no fish biting does not suggest you are trying to ensure the best experience for your customers.
Luckily the guys did bring some drinks on board but they expected water to be provided which was never offered, there was no cooler in site. It was over 100 degrees outside and you do not offer your customers water? There was no restroom on the boat as advertised as well, you should not advertise you provide something and do not have it!
This experience was not worth what was paid, it’s a shame that the captains are allowed to get away with such poor customer satisfaction. This has left us not wanting to book another trip on your site as it has been proven that the captain has made false statements once you reached out to him. He claimed he had water and gave some to his crew, what crew?! The only ones on board were the three family men and him! He also went on to say there was a restroom, there was no restroom in site on the boat. I will leave a bad review on every site I find so that customers can be aware of the false advertisement and lack of character from the captain.

We set out later than expected even though the boat is docked at the marina. This resulted in us only being able to get 10-15 shrimp total(what was left at the bait shop). Then we either stayed in a place too long with no signs of life or left early after encountering a few bites. Finally found a spot with a decent trout bite but ran out of shrimp after 3 casts and 2 fish. The guide seemd to be a good guy but there was a definite lack effort for our trip.
