Went out with Randy on a less than optimal day (weather wise) so had to pivot from Bonefishing to targeting snook and redfish.  Even those guys weren’t interested so we end up catching about 50-60 (no exaggeration) sea trout.  While that wasn’t our goal for keys, Randy made sure we had a good time and were able to catch the only fish that seemed to not be impacted by the weather.  Any experienced angler knows you can’t control the weather but having a great guide that’s willing to pivot... My buddy and I have done a lot of different fishing over the years, but have never tried fishing flats for bonefish or tarpon. There’s definitely a learning curve as it is more spot and stalk than just dropping or dragging a line, but if you are looking for a great experience doing something new this is it. Captain Randy gave us plenty of opportunity at some big tarpon and was patient with our inexperience. Needless to say, I’ll be back! Just seeing a fish like that made the trip worth it.... More

Based on the fishing lunar apps I have, today was gonna be a tough one.  So, we knew that going into it.  But, the Lunar fishing app does not account for Captain Randy!  He was EXTREMELY and very helpful with helping my son and I dial in our fishing skills!  We learned a lot!  Caught a good variety of fish!  And saw A LOT of wildlife we don’t get in Minnesota!  Highly recommend fishing with Captain Randy!!!  We hope to be back as well!  Thank you Captain Randy for an amazing adventure!
