I took my son and his good friend out with Mad Gillz Fishing and we had the best day ever. Captain Mickey was fun and engaging, taught the boys a ton about different ways to fish and types of bait, and kept things interesting while we waited on fish, reeled them in, and flew across the lake to fish in different sites. He also knew a lot about the lake and its creation. We caught ten fish in total and the boys said afterwards that it was the best afternoon of their lives and wanted to go again... More

We love to fish and have for raised our kiddos and grandkiddos doing lots of fishing, but from the shore. We wanted to spend a day fishing from a boat as our oldest grandson will be leaving for the Air Force soon and we wanted to check out our luck on a boat for a day. We found Captain Mickey who got us on the fish. He definitely knows everything fishing and about Lake Lanier, and we shared many interest in common. Thanks Captain Mickey for a memorable day fishing and more!!!

2nd time out with Mad gillz. Puts us on the fish everytime. Very attentive to my kids and and makes sure everyone enjoys the trip. Thanks Mickey we will do it again.

Enjoyed our trip with Captain Mickey. We are beginners and he was gracious showing us the ropes. He also went out of his way to give us tips on what to do as we went. We also especially enjoyed the background he gave us on natural life at the lake, taking time to point out egret nests, great blue herons and other birds. Highly recommend.

Fishing weren’t biting but captain mickey didn’t give up. He pulled out all the tricks and we ended the day catching several monsters.
