Had a great day on the boat with Captain Robbie!, the fishing proved to be tough and unfortunately didn’t hit into any of our target fish.
Myself, my friend and my son (14) had a great day none the less, Captain Robbie is great guy and we loved his company. He made all of us welcome, told some great stories and tried everything he could to get a bite.
I’ve been a fisherman long enough to know, “its just how it goes sometimes!!”
We are already booking to come spend a weekend with Robbie later in year!.....I really want to hook into a big Mediterranean Bluefine!

Die Tour mit Roberto war ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis.
Er ist super freundlich und erklärt einem auf was man achten sollte. Leider waren die Bedingungen nicht so gut und wir haben sehr lange nach Köderfischen gesucht.
Trotz der schlechten Bedingungen konnte ich einen mini Thun und zwei weiter Fische erwischen. Alle durften auch wieder schwimmen und vielleicht dann bei nächten mal, wenn der Thun etwas größer ist, wieder zu mir kommen 😀.
Die Kulisse an der Küste vor Sardinien ist einfach nur traumhaft.
Roberto hat alle seiner Punkte angefahren und sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben.
Darüberhinaus hatermir auch noch einen Tipp für einenangelplatzvom Ufer gegeben. Den werde ich noch ausprobieren.

On the 25 of July we went live bait trolling with Roberto. At the beginning we had a difficult time catching some baits but when we caught enough it took not very long to hook a big fish. At the end we drove back to the Harbour with bluefin tuna around 70kg in the back of the boat. Altogether the trip was very fun and totally worth it. We would definitely recommend it to do a trip with Roberto and we will come back when we are on Sardinia again.

My boyfriend booked a fishing trip, I had no expectations and to be honest I don’t like fishing. But captain Roberto made this a once in a life time experience for me. When we met Roberto it was like we have known him before, he is so kind and funny and a man of the sea… He knows what he is doing and we learned a lot from him. What I love about him is that he respects the sea. Small bait goes back and he takes what he needs, if the bait doesn’t get used it’s going back to the sea. My boyfriend didn’t catch a tuna but Roberto went above and beyond to try to catch some. We had so much fun at the boat and on the sea, I even got to go for a swim in the middle of the sea. We saw dolphins… When we mentioned we love to go snorkling, Roberto had a surprise for me, we switched boats and he took us to the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen, I couldn’t believe my eyes, we saw so much fish and even a murene and a stonefish. Roberto had a smile on his face the whole day, he works hard and he wants you to have the best experience there is. Thank you so much Roberto for everything you did for us. We had an amazing dat with you! I will remember this day for the rest of my life… Ciao Anke

It was an unforgettable day with Roberto.
A great person, communicative, you learn a lot, super friendly and extremely helpful. As soon as I’m back in Sardinia I book with him the next trip!
