The trip we booked with Dario was absolutely wonderful. With bad weather coming in, Captain Dario made the recommendation that we move the trip up to a couple days earlier. Luckily we were able to do that and set out on a very nice mostly sunny day. We booked the big game tour and went to catch some Blue Fin. We spent the morning learning how to fish for these beautiful fish and were able to help on the deck and set the lines. After a couple hours of fun throwing cut sardines into the ocean the reel began to scream, and the marker jumped 10 meters into the air. A fish was on. The next 40 minutes was a battle not only to keep the fish on, but to maneuver the boat and slowly bring the big girl onto the deck. It was an experience of a lifetime. After a few hours again the startling scream of the drag being let out from the reel and the jump of the marker proclaimed we had yet another tuna on the line. This one took about 45 minutes to land and we had 2 beautiful fish on board. This experience was unlike any other I have every had on the water. I will definitely being asking the captain for another trip[ next time I am in Rome!

It was just a bit too windy to go out on the ocean, so we went into the river and ended up catching a bluefish. I think we could have reassessed the weather throughout the day because as we went in, the ocean looked calm enough after all. So a bit disappointing not to have gone out on the ocean for a bigger fish, but still a great experience over all.

Caught three Blue Fin Tuna on a 7 hour trip. Dario and Juan Carlos seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Weren’t super rule by in English but knew enough to chat and guide us. It was HOT 100 degrees but the breeze from the water and offer to jump in made it manageable. Definitely recommend them!

These guys were awesome Captain Marco and Antonio were great fishermen it was a pleasure to go fishing and learn how to handle a big blue fin that gave us a 45 min fight thank you for a great trip! Would go again!
