This is a classic example of someone you just can’t make happy. First off we run fishing charters no a store so not 100% sure why us not having a bathroom is a big deal when there is 2 restaurants outdoor and indoor bathrooms and 50 ft away. 2nd off we have 8 boats in our fleet and they all fish in the same area so u get the same experience. As far as the captain on his phone we had bad storm in the area and was checking the radar to ensure your safety but funny that or the fish we caught were not mention in this bad review. Also at times of check out with our booking girl or the captain nothing was said or any sign of a bad day.  We do everything to make people happy which our number one goal.  From the lack of bad reviews you can see we do our best but you can’t make everyone happy. If something was said that day we would have fixed it but instead we find out this way.  Please feel free to call us anytime to talk about this.
