Your absolutely right those pesky fish just would not bite that day! It was a tough day for everyone on the dock. There was other boats that didn’t bring back one fish. It was not for lack of effort though. Its just the nature of fishing, and that’s why they call it fishing and not catching. With that being said, I would love to make it right and I wish you would’ve came to us with your complaint first since reviews like this very much hurt businesses like us.
If you ever come back to Key West please give us a call and we will give you a free seat on our boat.

I’ve offered a refund if you can tell me what happened, but unfortunately no response.. it may not be worth addressing to you but this is our lively hood. To leave a bad review with no rhyme or reason is unfair. Reviews like this are crucial to small businesses like us. I know you DID catch fish on this trip, we had other customers on the same trip that were happy. For anyone reading this review, please do not judge our business based on the opinion of one customer. Here is a picture of our catch on this same trip. Its not a lot but its not nothing and if you know the nature of fishing, there surely has been worse days. If you are looking for a specific type of fish or for your personal needs to be completely catered to, please book a PRIVATE charter. Booking a shared charter will not guarantee that we will target the species of YOUR choice since there are other groups on the boat. The goal of the shared charters is to go after what’s biting that day so everyone gets to catch something. Not pictures here is the 4 barracudas that we also caught which our other customers were happy to reel in. Everyone got fish to take home, this couple chose not to take any fish home.
