He has lived on the water since he was a little boy and loves the fact his job lets him stay there every day. The captain loves teaching his customers the joys of offshore fishing and seeing them reel in their dream catch. Personable and friendly, he's always doing the necessary to ensure the customer is having fun. Capt. Marcel may not speak a lot of English, but he speaks the universal language of landing huge Marlin straight on his deck!
