I booked with the Rising Tide Coastal Adventures to take my father for his birthday. We had a good tide and trip went amazing with 2 massive salmons and 1 rockfish to take home. Don knows local waters well and took us to all the good spots for a big catch. My father had the most wonderful time in his fishing career when landing his 16lbs salmon. Unbelievably flat calm waters except where the water looked like it was boiling…. it was coho. Lots of coho to and in the boat. We traveled out to a bank for halibut. Seemed not to matter that we lucked out because of the picture perfect day. Our guide also dropped some crab traps so we went home with some crab too. My family of 4 was lucky enough to get Don as a guide, he was great with our 2 boys ages 5 & 10 very informative we learnt lots from him! We had such a blast 10/10 will be rebooking with them again and recommend them to all my friends and family!

My girlfriend and I had such an amazing experience on this evening trip! it was both of our first times saltwater fishing and Don was extremely knowledgeable and kept us conversing, entertained, and engaged the whole time.
