My 11yr old fishing maniac loved it. I had 4 kids on the trip
and we had some bites. A couple were noticeably big tarpons but this type of fishing compared to small river and lake fishing is a lot different and kids jumped to rods a bit quick and the captain tried his best to coach them.  He was truly amazing with the kids. My boy landed a barracuda toward the start of the trip.  We could see fish swimming around and jumping and even tried a couple of other spots and bait but the fish just werent as willing to take the hook.  We did the 4 hour trip so maybe trying an additional spot or two would have landed something but as with all fishing…some days you land a lot and some days you dont and you just enjoy being out in nature watching the fish jump and try to avoid you!  and you practice patience a d trust in the guide.  I think we fed a lot of fish and we fed some pelicans!

We had a wonderful time on our fishing trip with Captain Abi! Even though the fish weren’t cooperating that day, the experience was still fantastic. Captain Abi was incredibly patient, friendly, and made sure we had a great time from start to finish.

He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and created a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere on the water. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a memorable experience, regardless of the day’s catch. We really appreciated his positive attitude and professionalism, and we’d happily book another trip with him. Highly recommend!

This trip was our first time fshing for Tarpon. We have plenty of experience fishing fresh water in Minnesota, but not much for large fighting fish. We ran an hour late and our Captain was fast to respond to my text. Capt. Manne waited patiently and welcomed us with no concern for our late arrival. We had a slow start and didn’t start seeing some action until about 11:30am. Our tour should have ended at 12:00pm. Both my husband and I ended up catching 2 Tarpon EACH!!! We had a fantastic time, and have many pictures to keep to share!!! The music play list was great and set the mood for a good time. Thank you Capt. Manne so much for showing us a great time and coaching me so I could land 2 nice size Tarpon!!! We would highly recommend this fishing outfitter to put you on the fish!!!

man oh man today was an interesting day but man it was awesome to start off i did get multiple bites and the ones we lost were soley on me because it was my first time targeting salt

i saw multiple big tarpon on the water swimming up i even got to see a manatee that happened to pass by while fishing and it was beyond words to say the least

but within the last 5 minutes we managed to hook into a 25-30lb tarpon and the fight alone was amazing and i was goad we were able to land it great experience overall and i even booked a 6 hour trip 2 days from now im glad i went eith these guys hands down!

I couldn’t have asked for a better fishing experience. From the start, Captain Tommy went out of his way to accommodate all of my special requests, making the trip feel completely personalized and stress-free. Their knowledge of the area and attention to detail really stood out. This trip is also in the lagoon so there was no choppy water if you worry about getting sea sick.
The highlights, though, were landing some absolutely massive fish. It was a thrilling moment that made the whole trip unforgettable. Everything from the equipment to the guidance was top-notch, and the atmosphere was both relaxed and exciting.
