We ended the first part of the halibut with a bang. Be sure to book early to get in on the August re-opening of halibut

For those that were able to get put this week, we had excellent fishing. The offshore lingcod have really been producing. And the nearshore rockfish have given us some tanks. There is still time to book for this season.

The longfin are near.

The last 2 weeks has been some great nearshore and offshore fishing. Took a small crew out for a short day of albacore fishing and had a blast. Late September can still be good with fish a little bigger. If you have a group that would like to book the boat, reach out and lets get you scheduled.

Fishing has been nice and steady. After not so good weather last week, it was good to finally see a calmer ocean for a few days. August is a good time to get yourself scheduled for an Outdoor Adventure.

I booked this trip as a birthday present for my sister, and it couldn’t have worked out better. Ended up taking my whole family and we all had a truly unforgettable experience. We caught the tail end of halibut season and managed to bring in our limit of halibut and nearly our limit of lingcod. Lamont and Kahalid took such great care of us - I really couldn’t have asked for better guides for our trip, and I hope to get the chance to book something with them again. Second time out with Lamont. Pretty rough water but Lamont still managed to keep us on fish (to our limit) and get us back before we were too worn out. A great time and the best way to fill the freezer!

This was a trip that my family- especially my husband and 12 year old- will never forget. Lamont had us on fish right away. If things ever slowed down, he moved us to a new location that immediately produced more fish. He was very personable and friendly. We highly recommend this captain and charter.
