For those that were able to get put this week, we had excellent fishing. The offshore lingcod have really been producing. And the nearshore rockfish have given us some tanks. There is still time to book for this season.

The longfin are near.

The last 2 weeks has been some great nearshore and offshore fishing. Took a small crew out for a short day of albacore fishing and had a blast. Late September can still be good with fish a little bigger. If you have a group that would like to book the boat, reach out and lets get you scheduled.

Fishing has been nice and steady. After not so good weather last week, it was good to finally see a calmer ocean for a few days. August is a good time to get yourself scheduled for an Outdoor Adventure.

Got a chance to go fishing with captain Lamont of KYS Outdoors Adventures for Halibut. Captain Lamont was great and experienced. I had a wonderful fishing trip. We head out in early morning on a beautiful day about 50 miles out. The boat ride out to fishing ground was perfect on his beautiful off shore boat. Boat was big, clean, and comfortable. Halibut and Lingcod Fishing with Captain Lamont

Had a great time fishing with Captain Lamont. I went out with a friend of mine and Lamont took us about 30 miles offshore from Le Push. After testing out a few spots we found one where we started easily catching both halibut and lingcod. I took home a ton of fish and it was delicious. On the way back we ran into some unexpected rough waters but both the boat and the captain were more than capable to handle it. Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves to fish.

Lamont was awesome. Took my kids out fishing for rockfish and lingcod. We limited out with rockfish, and got a lingcod. He was very respectful and knowledgeable and my kids had a blast. We all intend on chatting with Lamont again. I highly recommend him.

Dan, thank you for the review. I had a good time fishing with you and your family. As I said on the boat, your children did better at jigging the bottom than some of my adults. And way to go bringing that hitchhiking lingcod to the boat. I’m looking forward to getting out with again.
