Morning trip,  Carlos, our representative, was very communicative, helpful and friendly.  Crew for the Bertram were friendly helpful and knowledgeable of fishing in their area. They were hardworking and made sure the rigs were clear and switched up gear when needed.  Had a great day

I can’t blame the captain.  He is friendly and seems to know his stuff.  I can’t blame the crew, either.  They worked hard the whole time, shaking seaweed off the lines, changing bait, etc. That being said, we caught 1 fish in 6 hours, so it’s hard to give a great rating.  If I had known about the storms that were coming and all the seaweed, I’m not sure we would have spent $900 and most of our day riding around in a boat in a storm.
