I got out on the water for a half-day trip with Jonathon. It was easy to see that he knew what to do from the start. The morning bite was steady, boating around 20 fish before the fog cleared. As the sun got high, we went looking for the big ones. We both laid the hammer down on some respectable frog fish to put together a solid sack for the day. All-in-all, it was a great morning with a great angler.

I had the pleasure of spending the morning with John and J.P. It was a hot one and the bite started off slow but they persevered and put fish in the boat. For me, it was nice to spend a few hours on the water with two quality people.

I was fortunate to get out on the water for a 1/2 day trip with Caitlyn and Tony. They were visiting from Indiana and wanted to get out on the lake while they were in town. The bite was slow starting off, with Tony boating a few fish on a chopo. As the sun got up we moved out deep to the ledges. Caitlyn went to work with a drop shot and boated some respectable keepers. The morning was a grind but Caitlyn and Tony persevered.

I hit the water for an early half day trip with Rochelle and Chris. It was a ton of fun fishing with them! Rochelle put a solid largemouth in the boat right away. The bite was slow but steady. They were up for the adventure and fished hard all day. In the end, we put close to 20 fish in the boat. It was a great start to Fatherโ€™s Day with a couple of great people.

Caught fish but water flow didn't work for target species.

Fishing for Smallies duty dam didnโ€™t open and was limited, mostly Largemouth, catfish.
