Great experience.  Captain Tyler really made our day for our two sons, one 20 and one 11.  Boat and equipment were awesome.  We got underway fast and were getting bites right away.  First stop was a reef when I hooked a pretty big fish.  It decided it did not want to be caught today and I lost it.  My youngest had asked about catching a pork fish since we had been fishing them are dock at Marco Island and we ended up catching the biggest one Captain Tyler had seen, off to Spanish Mackerel fishing where we got 5. Just cooked them up and they were great.  Finished the trip off with Shark fishing.  My oldest had a 6’ hammer head who spit the bait just when he was getting to the boat.  After the hammer head we got a Blacktip shark that my oldest fought for 30 minutes and got him to the boat.  Great memories and would highly recommend Smokin hooks and Captain Tyler.

We met our captain (Tyler) at the docks, and we were off. We had a short stop to gather up some live bait fish and then headed out to fish for Lane Snapper. We caught as many as we cared to keep, it then our captain asked if we wanted to go try for something bigger.

We headed out further, 8-9 miles out, and tried for Cobia, Tyler was dead on once again. We had a great time and caught many fish, sometimes we had both of us fighting a fish at the same time. We caught one keeper and threw the rest back. 

I cannot say enough good things about Capt. Tyler he was very helpful and a truly nice guy. I know we will gladly book a trip with him again when we’re back in the area.

Also, the equipment was in great shape, from the boat to the fishing tackle, I feel like anyone would have a great experience.

Great day on the water!  Weather was perfect and our captain put us on the fish!  Had a wonderful day with my wife and kids catching fish every place we stopped,  even a copia and a Goliath grouper.  Also saw lots of sea turtles and even a couple dolphins which was unexpected and exciting! A wonderful day and can’t wait to return! Thanks again!!!
