They caught fish in 6 ft seas, and we do not deep drop in 50 foot of water, a Sailfish also billed our ballyhoo but did not get a hook set. Tried to give these kids a good time but they know more than me. Been charter fishing for over 25 years and never heard anything like this before. I wish them luck with someone else.

I’m sorry I was under the impression you guys had a great time after we got back to the dock. Grouper specifically takes longer trips to get keepers, but we call it fishing charters not catching. I tried to make the best of your 6 hours by mixing up the fishing to insure keeper fish, trolling only allows 3 lines so they dont tangle but you guys got tons of meat to take home. And we reef fished until a guest got sick and we arrived back at the dock about 20 minutes early.  Enjoy the rest of your summer!
