Went out for a five hour trip this afternoon with Captain Nate and Jake first mate. First rate treatment by Captain and crew. My son and I had a fantastic time and we produced a lot of fish in the first hour.

We had a great conversation discussing many topics and we learned a lot about Duluth from the captain and crew that were more than willing to share, fishing tips, and tricks, as well as talking about everything else under the sun. Got lucky on this trip and had perfect weather.

I really enjoy watching my son catch fish and just had a great time sitting back and letting the captain crew take care of us.

I recommend this boat charter for all families and or all individuals. It is a deep soul cleansing experience, and you will never regret it. 

Afterwords captain Nate, cleaned and bagged our fish, and then recommended a great place for dinner.

We will definitely be back and do it again in the future.

We had an amazing experience with Captain Nathan and First Mate Jack. The trip was very family oriented as my wife and two children ages 12 and 7 were comfortable the entire time. Captain Nathan took time to answer every question my children asked and we all were well cared for and enjoued the experience. We talk about wanting to do it again andwould definitely charter this crew again. I cannot say enough good things about them and how they went above and beyond in every aspect. We caught some really good fish and they did a fantastic job every step of the way.

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful lake. Our family of 5 caught our first salmon and trout! Our captain was well prepared with 12 poles in the water at all times and educated our family on what to do when we had a bite! Then he cleaned our fish and **hidden content** how to best prepare our dinner and it was so good!

Nathan made the trip really enjoyable. He talked through every step and technique as soon as we hit the lake, and when there was a bite he called out reminders. Only one bite didn’t make it into the boat, and we wound up with a cooler full of trout and salmon by the end of the trip.
