Spent a day on the water out of Hopedale with Andy, he was timely, knowledgeable and fun to be on the water with.  We have fished the area for a number of years and were fly fishing under unfavorable conditions, but he brought a great attitude and worked all day to get it done for us.  We will be be booking Andy again in the future.

Andy is an all star captain and was a blast to spend a day with. His knowledge of the waters off Louisiana is incredible and he was able to get my friend and I both on our first red fish and some bonus ones as well. They were all big ones too, will definitely be going back and fishing with Andy again!

I had a blast! He took me right to the fish. My fly casting was rusty and he gave me some excellent pointers! You can tell he is passionate about the sport. Capt and his awesome dog Redda made it an excellent experience, and I highly recommend them! Looking forward to the next trip!

Best flats trip I’ve ever had.  Have taken several flyfishing trips on the bayou, when visiting New Orleans, and this was by far the most enjoyable and memorable.   On my trip notable guidemenshipery strengths included; Knowledge, Boat Operating Skill, and Fish Sighting.    Couldn’t have been more satisfied with the overall experience!   10 out of 10!   Can’t wait to go out again next time I’m in NOLA!

Andy was great! Very friendly and personable guy. And very accommodating, stayed late in spite of really tough conditions to get us the last two fish. I’d do it again.
