The crew was amazing. Very helpful. Fast to help fast with refreshments and above all a successful catch.

Boat was very clean and staff provided snacks and drinks. This trip is extremely hot and the boat trolls fast so if you get sea sick this trip is not for you. The restroom was the main reason we booked this boat however the crew is a bit strange about using it. Some rods did not fit in the fighting chair and were left handed making it very difficult to land the fish. The trip started off pretty slow with no bites for 4 hours. We saw tons of dolphins and landed a huge Mahi Mahi followed by 2 tuna. Over all it was a good trip with Luis being the only English speaking crew. The captian and hand did speak at all and appeared to be uninterested in getting to know us.

We couldn’t be happier with the trip and Captain Charlie. Had a smooth ride on the Grady White and Charlie released some beautiful sails. We saw a ton of dolphins who came to play by the boat. Being off tourst we got a great deal on the PM trip. Plenty of drinks and the sweetest pineaple I’ve ever had. Perfect, perfect afternoon. Thanks Capaint Charlie!

Caught one Mahi mahi in 8 hours of fishing, so we prevailed on the boat driver (the purported experienced captain stayed onshore) to bottom fish late in the day and we caught some small snappers. Disappointing but
but snacks were tasty and the weather was nice , certainly not worth $2400 for one day.

Highly recommended experience if you enjoy fishing.  We are a family of four adults that are not very experienced.  Online reservations for a morning half day on the Pargo Negro were easy.  Communication with John was excellent given we made the reservation the night before.  Captain Charlie and his skilled boat hand are very capable and professional.  Boat was well equipped and prepared for day.  Caught 2 good size yellowfin tuna and one small dorado plus a handful of skipjacks which we released.  Snapped the 200 lb. line on a strike while reeling in from bottom fishing.  Saw a lemon shark breach and suspect we hooked another one.  Went further out and trolled for sailfish before heading back, but no strikes.  We took home two large bags of filets and ate tuna steaks and poke bowls for a couple of dinners.  We made ceviche out of the mani mani.  Muy delicioso!
