Our experience with Unlimited Guide Service was great and we all had a blast on during our ice fishing outing. We had to cancel twice earlier due to the weather issues (to warm and then to cold) and Anthony with Unlimited Guide Service was easy to work with and very honest and flexible with scheduling.

Our party included three adults and three 11 year old boys; and this was everyone’s first time ice fishing. Anthony, Tyler, Patrick and Lilly were patient, fun and extremely knowledgeable. We arrived at 6am and were whisked away to the ice fishing huts on ATVs (which the boys really loved). Patrick worked with the boys on getting them set up and comfortable with the equipment. Anthony and Tyler worked with us to get us trained on how to ice fish with their gear.

Everything from the huts to the fishing equipment was top-notch (they use sonar fish finders, etc.) and the team at Unlimited Guide Service went out of their way to make sure our excursion was memorable; which it was.

To top it off, they cooked us a delicious breakfast when it all wrapped up. I’d highly recommend using Unlimited Guide Service for ice fishing and I plan on reaching out for walleye fishing in the summer.

The truth is, sometimes that’s how it goes! Very warm water + hot July day equals lazy walleye. Caught plenty of fish (which was still fun) and captain Anthony and awesome assistant Lilly were very fun to spend time with! Boat was outfitted great and I would definitely try them again (May or June 😊). Hats off to the effort!

We were interested in ice fishing, but didn’t really know where to start.  So, we decided to go with a guide service.  The guys at Unlimited were great.  Very communicative from the minute we booked the trip. They also provided everything we needed to make it a fun and worry-free experience. These guys know their stuff. They explained everything really well and we left with a bunch of crappie!  We were also glad to be in a heated shanty on what happened to be one of the coldest days this winter. 

I highly recommend booking with Unlimited. We’re even thinking of booking one of their summer trips in the future.

This was our very first attempt at a musky fishing… Anthony and Patrick explained how challenging the musky fishing is and told us to manage our expectations. They went above and beyond, they had all the best gear and a brand new fishing boat! And would you believe it but we caught our very first musky in the first hour of the trip!!! Call it luck but I call it the experience and the preparation from our guides. We finished the trip strong with some walleyes and drums to take home and cook the next day :) thank you to both, Patrick and Anthony! And we are definitely coming back for ice fishing

Patrick and Anthony are truly amazing guides! We went for my husband’s birthday and they really catered the trip around what we were looking for. Their long-standing experience shows the moment you step on the boat. They have everything set up and ready and go and immediately know the right locations to head to in order to catch what you looking for. They are patient and can work with and guide every level of anglers. They provided an excellent overall experience and we truly had such fun day on the water. Would recommend them for any fishing excursion!
