It was a great morning, the fog on the water had us feelin like we were in a scary movie! None the less we mashed the triggerfish and got some good dinner

We are crushing the fish right now inshore and offshore, were having so much fun on this spring bite its outrageous!!! Get in while you can! Catching a bit of everything right now makes it really fun!

I had a wonderful time fishing with a future pro baseball player and his father! These two put a whoopin on some fish and it was enjoyable to teach a young 8 year old lots of new tips and tricks in the fishing world. These are some of my repeat clients that I am thankful to fish with! We are on a spring smash on the jacks! We have been catching them over 40 pounds with two giants, a 64.2 pound and an 80 pound trophy! If you want to catch a huge fish now is the time!

This weekend was great! Friday night I went and saw Florida Georgia Line and it was a great time, I really enjoyed going to my first country concert haha!! Thanks babe for getting the tickets! We stayed out late and I got home at 1 and had a charter to get up for at 345! Mission accomplished! We crushed it and I learned alot from my retired airforce boys. As I listened to the old war stories and places they had been around the world I couldnt help but be amazed and thankful for our military. Thank you. Awesome time with great people. Todays trip started rough because I had to take a different route to the beach came around a sharp turn with a low bridge and clipped off four AJ rods..1200$ down..none the less still had a trip to crush, the area we were at was rough as hell choppy 3 ft with occassional 5 and still hit a limit!

So we got a big weekend ahead because I am goin to Florida Georgia Line tonight at the wharf and then I have a trip Saturday and a double Sunday. Yesterdays trip was fun by all means. We started out searching for AJs but the tax man got us every time. Hannah landed a 6ft blacktip on 20lb flouro no wire with a hand sized pinfish haha! Hour long fight check! When we finished that we went back to our AJs and still no cooperating and the baits we were freelining gave us a hard time too bc one swam into the prop while the motor was off and I had to jump in shark infested water to cut it out! Eeeekkkk! Luckily Im good haha! After 2 short jacks we decided to go stack the box for the last hour and we caught triggers and lots of snapper but the snapper were sent back until hopefully tomorrow. On the way in we spotted a floating tennis ball through a bait at it and caught the trippletail! Another good one for the box, then while we were on the way back i hear the motor make a crazy pop sound and I think oh god seasons over..look back and see a tarp floating behind us...pull the motor up and again its tangled up this time with someones FAD (fish attractant device). Lookin like a crazy ass i put the knife in my teeth grab the stern rope and dive in...again shark infested area...cut out the tarp in 10 minutes, throw zac brown knee deep on and call it a day as we finally make it back. Great trip over all and my clients got some good eats!
