We stayed close to shore when fishing because of the high winds and seas.  We wanted to try for Marlin but would have had to go 20 to 30 miles off shore to get to blue water according to the captain. We caught Bonita and lots of skip jacks. Frank (Pancho) and Captain Mike were great in spite of the circumstances. Did the afternoon trip and still caught a bunch of fish and saw some whales up close with multiple breaches. The sea lions stole 2 of the fish before entering the boat,but still landed 5 others. Both my kids landed their first ever fish.

The Captain and First Mate were excellent! We hooked into 3 Mahi and 1 Tuna where other boats were not catching. They were great with my 3 year old son too! Thank you!

The real trophy is my family… but I’ll take this beautiful trophy fish too😎 120-pound Striped Marlin! Fought this beauty about an hour, got blisters all over my hands. My 12 year old son also hooked a huge Dorado! The crew is very encouraging and gave only positive vibes. Core memories made!  Best family trip ever.  Highly recommended!
