Suheill and his crew did an amazing job from onboarding to organising dinner at our resort and everything in between. Staff was very friendly, skilled and engaged. Suheill is not only knowledgeable about fishing but also about local politics and culture, plus he has a great sense of humour. We asked for soy sauce and he went shopping for us, we had special requests about the kind of fish we want to catch and he delivered as well. Communication was spot on from the very beginning, we’re more than happy to have booked him.

The weather was lovely, and the seas were calm. Captain Suheil graciously picked me up at my hotel in the morning, and we were on the water within an hour. The Sea Skipper is a small but mighty boat, and the crew worked very hard the entire day. We landed a beautiful Mahi Mahi right away and had a Blue Marlin on the line shortly after the Mahi was on the deck. The Marlin put up a fight with some long runs. What a thrill to watch it explode out of the water and jump around. The crew was essential in getting the beast into the Sea Skipper. There was plenty of water, soda, and food. It was a once-in-a-lifetime catch for me and a weekly experience for Captain Suheil. Don’t miss out on this opportunity.

We booked with Captain Suheil and he was great in communicating all the details prior to our trip. He even sent some photos to me of what they were catching the week leading up to our trip. We done the half day option from 6:30am getting back at 1pm. We caught 3 Dorado’s and one blue marlin. Also had 3 other bites from Marlin which we lost. Peter and Joel are also great crew members, food and ice cold drinks were provided as well. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Dont’t think twice! If you love fishing - you need this trip! It’s a unique experience of game fishing in Kenya you can hardly get in other regions!

Our six-hour trip with Sea Skipper was a complete success from start to finish. Although we were initially worried about the price, that concern quickly proved unfounded – it was worth every penny.

Before the trip, we received a friendly and informative briefing and were comfortably driven to the boat in a modern van. The well-prepared crew greeted us warmly upon arrival.

The food, equipment, service, and overall organisation exceeded our expectations. A real highlight was learning different fishing techniques from Suheil. The peak moment came when we caught a magnificent sailfish, took some photos, and released it back into the ocean. We also briefly had another sailfish and a large wahoo on the line.

I would highly recommend this trip to anyone, even those who don’t usually fish. It’s an unforgettable experience!
