I had a group of 5 go on this charter. I chose this charter because the website had good photos of the boat, good reviews, and it listed that it was fully air conditioned. This was not the case. The first hour or so we caught bait. For the price we paid for the trip, bait should have already been on the boat. I’m a pretty avid fisherman having been on many offshore trips and I wanted my friends and family to enjoy offshore fishing with a few amenities. That is why we selected a boat with good... More

I’m sorry you felt this way at all James. In all of my 15 years working on charter boats I have yet to have ANY group not recommend our company or feel as though I had bad customer service skills. In fact most people that come aboard never fish with another company. Some have been with me for more than 10 years. I am appalled at the fact you recieved excitement and direction as screaming at Jake and talking negatively at him. That is definitely a first for me and apologize if you felt that way but it is 100% inaccurate! Our downstairs AC is being replaced, however parts are backed up due to covid! Also, I did tell you about that before we left and you could come upstairs to cool down.. Catching bait is something you will do on every charter boat in Destin! This truly blows my mind, you stated you would like to fish with us again only you don’t recommend people should fish with us. Again, I am sorry this is your memory of fishing aboard our vessel, I never dreamed of reading such a review .
