Our group originally wanted to sailfish but they were not in the area so we tried for a swordfish instead. We hooked one in 1500 feet of water but came off on the way up. Upon heading in captain John wanted to give us a shot at something so he put up a kite and fished for whatever would bite. We landed a 25 pound tuna which saved the day. Great trip with Harold… Jonathan wasn’t able to make it at last minute. Our first time kitefishing… caught about a 50 inch wahoo and a couple of bonito. Great day.
