Sorry you had slower than average trip.  When we are not getting a good bite, we keep moving till we find that good bite.  Sometimes that is the first spot, sometimes the third or fourth.  Most days this works out great.  But sometimes it doesn’t.  We do care about you and all of our customers.  We invest a lot in our reefs so that you have every opportunity.

For future customers that read this review…. This man was a very challenging customer for our crew and to the other customers on the boat. Come on board with a bad attitude and expecting to catch marlin and similar fish. The mates on the boat gives customers instructions on how to use the rod and reel with the circle hooks we are now required to use. This man did not follow directions because (he knew everything) With this being said, the other customers caught several fish each. This man was drinking (maybe to much). He belligerent and unappropriated the hole trip. We apologized to the other customers. They said they still enjoyed the trip, will enjoy their fish they catch and will return.

The rod and reels do go through a lot of abuse and we are replacing them on a daily basis. We do have a lot of spares down below if you ask the mate for another one he will get you one if you’re having a problem with your rod and reel. The guys did see a large Cobia that day. We are definitely going to try to catch a Cobia if we see one it is a rare occurrence. The majority of our customers enjoy the excitement. Obviously we cannot divide one fish among 60 people so the fairest way we know how to do it is we clean it last and divide it between the last few people who have waited the longest to get their fish clean. That is the fairest way that we know how to do it
