We had a great time during our fishing trip with Captain Wayne. In the morning the weather was not so great (rain/storms) and Captain Wayne proposed an adjusted timing to make the trip possible. Much appreciated.

We catched around 15 fish (all different kinds) during our trip. The girls (9 and 5 years old) loved it!

Our family of four had a blast with Wayne!  We caught a fish on the very first cast. Wayne kept it fun and interesting.  He was flexible with the time which ended up being a great benefit for us. Our kids are 6 and 8 and they never got tired of it. Thank you Wayne. Fish for dinner tonight was delicious!

Absolutely amazing captain and trip! Wrote captain Wayne before the trip to let him know what my son wanted to do on our trip which included wreck, trolling and shark fishing. He was quick to respond and even moved out trip last minute to adjust for a day early as chop would be less. He gave us clear instructions on where to meet and what to bring. He even brought heavier tackle for shark fishing even though he doesn’t target them normally. We had a great day on the water. My son had a blast and we caught a ton of different species trolling to the reefs at the reef and trolling back. Even caught that shark my son wanted so bad. I recommend Captain Wayne to anyone looking for a charter service that truly cares about their customers desires and is also great with kids. My husband surprised me with a deep sea fishing trip to fulfill one of my bucket list items. It was a grand adventure and so much fun! We picked the perfect boat and captain! I can’t say enough good things about Captain Wayne and his boat! He is so knowledgeable and kept us on top of fish. He was patient and a great teacher. He rearranged our trip to ensure safety as he watched hurricane Ian closely through the days leading up to our charter. The boat was pristine and well equipped. The two of us caught 38 fish and I experienced “the BIG one that got away”! I would recommend Just Add Water very highly! Thanks so much, Captain Wayne!!

Captain Wayne is the best captain I’ve ever been with! We were fighting weather since we arrived in area and Captain Wayne somehow found a way to not only get us on fish but keep us dry and avoid the storms that drove almost every other charter in! He has tons of honey holes that are brimming with fish and when we were at a spot that wasn’t hitting to his satisfaction he would take us to the next spot. I cannot recommend him enough, the boat had plenty of room for us 3 men that went out for a quick trip and it was clean and well kept up with; combining this with his knowledge of the water and how to navigate around the weather sets him apart.
