I have owned a boat since 2003 and now have a Nauticstar 26’ center console with twin 150 Yamaha outboards. I have been fishing in this area since 1973, when my dad was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base. Before becoming a captain, I worked as a chef for 35 years. I have had a love for fishing since I was 3. What I love the most is fishing offshore in the gulf, so I have a lot of experience bottom fishing and trolling. Since I'm a skilled chef, I can give advice on how to cook it at home or recommend some of the best local restaurants to cook your catch.
