I’m sorry you felt the seas were too rough for you.  I don’t recall you saying anything during the trip and I don’t recall being out there during any super rough seas.  This time of year we are booked solid so there is no opportunity to reschedule.  In fact, the guy that was out the day before you was in a wheelchair and he was more than comfortable.

Thank you for choosing Sudden Strike.  I am sorry you were not completely satisfied.  I did everything I could to make sure you had a good time.  I even picked you up at a completely different location at your request.  We caught lots of fish and had beautiful weather.  Unfortunately the ramp you requested an I agreed to meet you at is not suitable for boats my size.  The docks are not big enough, there are no cleaning stations and there are only 2 ramps.  As a result, the $5600 wrap on my boat was damaged and I do apologize for getting upset, but I take great pride in my boat and the experience I deliver to my customers.  I will no longer use that ramp.
