We met Captain Steve at the boat ramp and got right to fishing. The lake was flat and the water clear.  The weather was   changing and the fish were slow to bite. But we each picked up feisty Lake trout. After a while we switched to looking for perch. They weren’t very cooperative. The boat is well-fitted with very comfortable seats. the power was smooth and Captin Steve is good company and knows his stuff. I plan on booking another trip with him soon.

Found Captain Steven via google and traveled 2 and a half hours for a 4 hour trip with my son and it was beyond what we expected. Captain Steven made us comfortable, had everything we could possibly need and more, taught and helped us with whatever was needed and was extremely knowledgeable. It was the best experience ever and we will be returning as much as possible!!

Fished with my family.  We had great weather and great company.  Fishing was great and got to take some home to cook up for dinner.  My son also caught a solid small mouth bass which was a great fight on the tackle.  Can’t wait to do it again.  This was our 2nd trip this summer with Fish Pimpin and can’t recommend enough.

Highly recommend booking a trip out with Captain Steve. He’s a great guide and has all of the equipment and knowledge you need for an amazing fishing trip. It was cold and windier than forecasted and he had gloves and hand warmers waiting for us. Really nice guy too!
