He has sportfished and commercially fished all his adult life. Capt. Ron enjoys seeing the thrill of a new person catching their first fish and anglers catching their personal best. His favorite species of fish to catch is Striped Bass. The captain fishes for it year-round.

7/12/25 Friday TGIF We had a morning 1/2 day trip. This was a first time trip for a family reunion. Our day started with a bang as our new friends had some good fishing with multiple fish on at once until we got what we needed. We switched over to flatties and caught some but Mal de Mer snuck aboard and the trip was brought to an end. Nora, It was a pleasure hosting you family, we look forward to to our next adventure! 7/10/25 Thursday Today we had some new customers out on a morning half day. We started our day with some regulation striper fishing. Every bait that hit the water was.gobbled up. We caught what we needed and made a move for the halibut. We had a few bites and a couple of keepers before Mal de Mer set in and the call was made to call it a day.
