We recently completed an awesome evening/night charter with Captain Anthony.  Captain Anthony was very flexible and accommodated our request to start the charter a little earlier. He also was a great teacher and patient with my two boys (ages 11 and 14) and ensured they were constantly hooked up with fish while also educating them about these waters, species we caught, and how to hook and land what we were going after.  We caught a lot of fish - too many to count, after fishing in several different spots.  Species we caught included red snapper, blue runner, grouper, jack crevalle (we caught a ton of these), moonfish, grunt, and even hooked up to what likely were two tarpon but were unable to land (but was exciting to even hook them!).  Captain Anthony is knowledgeable, friendly, laid back, communicated well and was a pleasure to spend 5 hours with on the water.  If we are back in Miami again I would not hesitate to book with him again for another fun charter!

Thursday night, we were just sitting around in our Airbnb when we suddenly got a huge urge to go fishing. Anthony was the first one to respond—and luckily for us, he just had a cancellation! We ended up heading out for a 5-hour night fishing trip.

Anthony put us on a ton of species and we had an absolute blast! Out of the three charters we did this week, this one was hands down the best fishing experience. He’s a super eccentric guy with tons of knowledge and knows exactly how to make it a great time on the water. Definitely going with him again next time I’m in Miami!

We had the absolute best time with Reel’n Tails Charters and Captain Anthony! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make our trip incredible. Not only did he put us right on top of some amazing fish, but he also took care of everything—from setting us up to reeling them in. His knowledge of the best fishing spots was spot on, and the scenery was breathtaking.

At the end of the trip, Anthony even cleaned our catch, making the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. His passion for fishing and dedication to his guests truly set this charter apart. If you ever get the chance, book a night trip—it’s a whole new level of cool!

Anthony was honestly amazing! He put me on fish for 4 hours! He was patient and polite! And also a Good Samaritan, he helped a boat in distress AND helped stop a car from going in the water when they were trying to put their trailer in the water! He did all this with an AWESOME attitude, he’s so positive! Definitely will be fishing with him again next time I’m in Miami! Thanks for such an incredible experience!

Anthony was both professional and absolutely fantastic fishing guide. It was a bit windy, so the chop kept us in the bay and this was perfect for my two kiddos. We caught a ton of snapper and mackerel, which he cleaned and got ready for us to take home at the end of the trip. Per the kids: “Dad- never book anyone but Captain Anthony ever again”, which pretty much sums it up.
