We booked 3/4 day w Mirse Azul. Wanted dorado or marlin or other off shore. Motored 45 min out. As soon as we were on fish Elvis and Rico quickly had 7 trolling lines out.  We landed a large marlin almost immediately. Rest of the day was slow but same for all boats out (Elvis was working the radio).  Fishing ain’t always catchin’ and everyone needs to remember that.  Crew worked hard all day for us. Captain Luis was a very knowledgeable and helpful guide. We caught a nimbernof different species and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We wiukd recommend his services to other inshored fishermen.

We decided at the last minute to add 1 more day of fishing.  Unfortunately,  the boat we had been on all week was not available,  but they recommended an inshore day with Mirse Azul!  Captain Elvis and Mario got us on the fish early and often.  Caught my biggest Roosterfish of the trip and 4 new species to boot!

Our guide Luis had us on fish all day long, his deckhand was also very knowledgeable in helping everyone with their fish.

I had came back to Costa Rica for my wife’s birthday. I was looking to catch a rooster fish that had eluded me in years past. I caught my rooster among a great mixed bag of fish with this captain. Very professional. Knowledgeable highly recommended
