I’m very sorry for your coment, we give you the wrong boat because we only accept 4 people and you brought 5 so we offer you a bigger boat to pleasure your family for the same price a thing that we not usually do, and give snacks to your children more than is on the package we are very sorry to have people like you in our boat. About the hours you are not being fair we give you 1 extra hour for free and we did the best we could and you can check our reviews that what you are trying to say is not true

Good morning, I don’t understand the 3 stars you gave and why you didn’t recommend our service since within the weather conditions we did our best, offering our electric reels at no additional cost (normally it costs €50 extra), which resulted in some fish. What’s more, I would like to say that the amount you paid was a writing error and instead of canceling, we satisfied your wishes exactly so there would be no complaints. thank you very much.
