We caught lots of fish and enjoyed our time. My only complaint is that Capital Chris is an Ohio State fan. Go Blue! 〽️^♾️

Embarking on a private fishing charter with Captain Chris of Cinnsational Saltwater Fishing in Destin turned out to be an unforgettable adventure, especially for a first-timer like me and my group of four. Our journey took us several miles off the coast, where we were introduced to the thrills of near-shore fishing, surrounded by the beauty of the Gulf.

Captain Chris led us to several fruitful fishing spots, always on the lookout for where the fish were biting. Our patience and his perseverance paid off as we caught a variety of fish including sea bass, snapper, and flounder. What added to the excitement was the sight of dolphins nearby, enhancing the overall experience.

Although we had to release some of our catches back into the Gulf due to seasonal regulations, this was a minor setback and no fault of the captain.

Despite the cooler weather, which we were warned about in advance, our spirits remained high throughout the trip. Captain Chris’s warm personality and fun approach to fishing ensured that the cold did not dampen our spirits. His thoughtful preparation and communication before the trip ensured we were well-equipped and ready for the experience.

The service did not end with the fishing; Captain Chris skillfully cleaned and filleted our catches, allowing us to bring our fresh catch to a local restaurant for a delicious, cooked meal. This was a perfect end to our day.

We’re already looking forward to our next trip, hopefully at a warmer time of the year, to once again enjoy the best of Destin’s waters with Captain Chris.
