The Angler had two fish on his bucket list. Sailfish and Cobia. The Sailfish came up in the spread, the mate dropped the bait back and the action was on. After landing the sail it was not long and he filled his bucket with a Cobia.

Josh and his family of eight wanted to do some near shore fishing. Of course there are no captains in the area that can carry more than 6 passengers, so myself and Capt. Steve Hair of the Ye Ole Pirate split the group into two parties of four. After cast netting for pogies, " The preferred bait for Kings", Pipe Dream III began trolling for Kings. The Bonita were thick and we knew there should be a smoker nearby and it didn't take long for the Shimano reel to start screaming . After a couple of hard runs and some excellent rod handling by the client Pipe Dream's mate brought a nice King on board. Continuing to troll Josh and his family put a few more Kings, Spanish and Bonita in the box. Capt. Steve Hair had a lot of action with Blue fish, Sharks and a nice Cobia.

Captain Scott was knowledgeable and highly skilled, ensuring we were in the best spots to catch fish. His passion for fishing and the sea was evident, making the experience not only successful but also educational. First Mate Jimmy was fantastic as well; his attentiveness and expertise were top-notch. He was always ready to assist with a smile, from baiting hooks to giving instructions when reeling in the big ones. We managed to catch a variety of fish along with a couple sharks and both Captain Scott and Jimmy were enthusiastic about every catch, big or small. Most exciting was the cobia caught by our first timer. If you're looking for a memorable day on the water, I highly recommend booking with Pipe Dream Charters. Whether you're a seasoned angler or a first-timer, Captain Scott and First Mate Jimmy will ensure you have a fantastic time. I'm already looking forward to my next trip with them!
