A young deck hand was kind enough to lend us his personal rod and reel because my 9 and 7 year olds could handle it easier. The whole crew was super helpful and worked their butts off the entire trip to accommodate all the customer’s needs. I was very pleased and will be returning for all of these reasons, but particularly for the generosity shown to my kids by the very nice young man who lent us his own rod and reel.

We went Deep Sea Fishing on the Sweet Jody this past Monday, July 14th and it was terrific. The crew was the absolute best and worked hard to make sure that everyone had a wonderful experience. I can’t wait for our next trip with this crew!!  We caught lots of fish and took them home and cooked them. They were delicious!  Thanks for a great time on our vacation.

From the beginning everything was easy going.  This while experience was amazing The Captain, Steve, and Austin are amazing and on their game.  They made this trip.so easy even with a full boat.  Great job guys!  I highly recommend for families or for just someone looking to get out and catch some amazing fish in the Gulf without spending a fortune.

We had an awesome time on our deep sea fishing trip aboard the Sweet Jody boat. The deckhands were very friendly and knowledgeable of the ocean and locations within the body of water where the fish would be prevalent. The staff really enjoyed their job and made it fun and exciting for us as well. Thank you for your outstanding service!

My 14 yr old son and I had a good time. We caught 4 keepers. We caught a few more throw backs. There were people that caught a lot more than we did but that’s how it goes. There were line tangles but the crew were like ninjas and in it before you had a chance to try it yourself.  They also cleaned and fillet the keepers for you.
