6 Hour – Barrier Island (PM)

We booked deep sea fishing tour for $1000, was expecting something special. No live bait was used, they just did some boring trolling and we caught few red fish. The tour was for 7 hours, but after 3 hours we got so bored that we called it a day. The boat is nice, but I definitely overpaid for the experience that we’ve got. For a thousand bucks I want to see some sharks or something.

Alex,
We are sorry you did not enjoy your charter with us. However, you booked a 6 hour barrier island charter and not a 7 hour charter, as we do not offer a 7 hour charter (Only 4 or 6 and during certain seasons 8 hours). You never stated you wanted to catch a shark (or any specific type of fish) and the majority of my customers (95%) I’ve had, do not prefer to catch shark. As far as what type of bait or fishing method used, I used what was successful in catching fish for that day and you caught fish (Jack Crevalle and a limit of Bull redfish). Since you wished to come in early, (we were out for right at 5 hours) you were told it would still be the full price of the charter. Again we are sorry you did not enjoy your charter, though we try our best to please our customers.
