Over the years he’s won numerous tournaments and also holds six world records that are still currently unbroken. Gaining popularity in Florida as a captain has led him to appear in multiple fishing television shows, including Captains Tales, Sportsman’s Adventures with Captain Rick Murphy, Real Animals with Captain Mike Anderson, and most recently with Captain Blair Wiggins. He has also had multiple appearances on Florida Insider Fishing report as well.

Hope everyoneโ€™s new year has gotten off to a great start,once again we saw snowfall on the bay in freeport but thankfully it wasnโ€™t like last years epic snowstorm.For offshore this year we have added a 35โ€™ contender for charters starting March1.It will be the largest center cosole boat available for charters in Santa Rosa Beach allowing us to get up to 6 angles offshore quickly and comfortably.We are going to offer a wide range of trips targeting grouper and snapper to daytime swordfishing and also trolling for wahoo,tuna and mahi.If youโ€™ve seen any of our past television shows then you know your in for an adventure,looking forward to seeing everyone this spring.

Took advantage of some beautiful weather to look at a few spots and put some filets in the freezer,needless to say,mission accomplished.Days that itโ€™s been windy the redfish and trout fishing has been really good in the bay with plenty of reds in the slot.With the water clarity being so good weโ€™ve been able to sight fish the reds catching them on the fly.Weather looks really good going into Christmas break,should make for some great trips.

Cooler temperatures have made for some of the best fishing so far this year.In the bay redfish and trout have been fired up.Offshore federal red snapper season reopens this weekend through the end of the year.Winter time red snapper fishing in my opinion is one of the best times of the year with fish moving cliser to shore.

Wind finally backed off long enough to slip offshore this past weekend and the bite was really good.Constant action everywhere we fished with triggers, grouper,red snapper and a few cobia.Fishing near shore should only get better as water temps continue to rise.
