- Captain Tim Rains was raised in a commercial fishing family – angling has been a part of his life since he can remember. He's spent the past 25 years commercially fishing the waters off of Guam, catching pretty much everything that can be caught when trolling. When asked what he likes about fishing in the area Capt. Tim's words say all that needs to be said about what kind of service he provides: "There's nothing greater than hearing those reels scream".
